Have one of our professional NZ Saddle Fitters come to you. We'll show you what you need to look for when finding the ideal saddle for YOUR individual horse, helping you and your horse into a saddle to suit you both. 

More than just trying on various saddles, hoping for the best, we help educate you on the individual unique requirements of your horse. 

During your fitting you will receive: 
- wither tracings 
- back measurements 
- horse back/body assessment (what does your horse need in a saddle) 
- current saddle assessment (how suited is your current saddle, or any trial saddle(s) you may be considering) 
- new saddle options (what to look for in a new saddle when considering YOUR particular horse, including size, cut/shape & style) 
- how to determine if your horse is feeling saddle discomfort 
- how to determine if your horse is experiencing free or restricted movement 

Plus, included as a part of your saddle fitting, you will also receive a Saddle fit Pro gullet measuring tool (valued at $39). We'll show you how to use it to measure your horse and track any important body shape changes that may occur over time with changes due to work, feed and growth. We'll also educate you on the steps to take to keep your saddle fitting well, if & when body changes do occur. 

Saddle fittings are $80 to most areas in Christchurch, Mid and South Canterbury. Please enquire for a quote if you are outside of these areas - we do travel further, but may have to add a little on for fuel costs. 

Bookings are required, but we will do our best to accommodate you where possible if your fitting is urgent, or you are on time constraints (e.g.  when testing out a trial saddle or similar).
