Weight 6 kilograms. This is by far one of the most successful Podium saddles! Particularly comfortable with its long flaps, it is highly suited to trekking. It can be ordered in natural leather or black; otherwise in brown or black suede. It is possible to have black or beige pure wool on the seat or seat and flaps.

The '16" standard' is the most commonly sold Podium size and tends to fit the majority of 'typical' Arabian horse backs along with most riders of these types of horses.

The tree is made from polythene using a rotational moulding system, with various d-rings and pommel fixings incorporated into it at the foundation level. A unique fixing system of 4 anchorage points allows the saddle to self-centre for better comfort for both the horse and rider. This allows the rider's weight to be evenly distributed across the whole tree, for superior horse comfort, particularly for long rides under saddle.
