ANATOMIQUE ...for comfort, style and elegant simplicity.

These quality full leather "anatomical" designed short girths are designed for the horse with a relatively 'average' girth groove. They help to reduce problems experienced with straight girths that may have caused rubbing behind the elbows and are very helpful for horses that are more sensitive and experience sternum discomfort. The cut away elbows on each side provide better clearance and freedom of movement for those big actioned horses who need it.

The girth is designed with a wider sternum contact area to assist with pressure distribution and greater comfort for the horse. The Anatomique girths have a soft, compressible underside (horse contact area) to increase comfort, distribute and assist to relieve pressure.

These girths are not elasticated.

Currenlty only available in Black - 60cm, 65cm or 70cm

Material: Black Cow Hide Leather

Material hardware: Stainless steel

The ANATOMIQUE...Anatomically shaped full leather dressage girth with soft internal padding

We strongly recommend for dressage/monoflap jump girths to ensure the girth is between 4-6 inches (10-15 cm) from the bottom of the saddle flap and the buckles are kept above the elbow to allow for greater pressure distribution and prevent the edge of the girth from creating pressure areas on the horse's pectoral muscles.
